THANK YOU!!
A huge thank you from Kids Helping Kids to all our community and corporate partners, as well as everyone who bought tickets and donated to our pediatric cancer population. Without all of you, we would never have been able to "Rock Out Pediatric Cancer!"

"LEARNING IS BEST BY DOING, AND DOING IS BEST BY SERVING OTHERS"
Kids Helping Kids is a nonprofit corporation made up of empowered students who make a difference from the classroom to the community by investing in the lives of children in need locally and globally.

WHO WE ARE
Kids Helping Kids is a 501(c)(3) non-profit corporation run entirely by junior and senior high school students in Sacramento, California. The Sacramento organization was founded in 2012. Everything we accomplish, including this website, is completed by the work of high school students with the mentorship of generous individuals.

WHAT WE DO
Kids Helping Kids is a student run non-profit organization committed to making a meaningful difference in the lives of children in need. Through fundraising events and community initiatives, we empower young people to create a real, lasting impact.
One of our most important events is our annual gala, a powerful evening of generosity and purpose. At this event, we support children courageously battling pediatric cancer, along with their families, by providing financial assistance for medical expenses, travel, and other treatment-related costs.
By bringing our community together and leading with compassion, Kids Helping Kids offers hope, relief, and support to those who need it most because every child deserves the chance to heal, grow, and dream big.

WHY WE DO IT
While each student has a unique passion that fuels their enthusiasm for what we do as an organization, everyone involved has a devotion to helping others and learning about the functioning of a nonprofit. The skills that we are able to learn in the classroom are applied to make a tangible, lasting difference in the real world by supporting our four populations. Regardless of their position in the organization, each member is able to make a significant impact and receives an experience that can never be paralleled by any lesson taught in a classroom.
Laura Noble served as the founding CEO for Kids Helping Kids Sacramento, helping lead a team of students to host the first-ever gala and raise over 60,000 dollars in the organization's first year. Since graduating from Del Campo High School in 2013, Laura studied at Oregon State University, receiving degrees in Management, Sustainability, and International Business. She now works for Amazon, leading the worldwide prime's Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion strategy.
